Our Techniques
Torque Release Technique (TRT)
The Torque Release Technique (TRT) is an advanced chiropractic approach that focuses on optimizing the function of the nervous system by addressing spinal misalignments or subluxations. Using a gentle and precise method, TRT is designed to restore balance to the body by targeting the root causes of discomfort and dysfunction, not just the symptoms. This technique works to enhance the body’s natural healing abilities, reduce pain, and improve overall well-being.
Unlike traditional chiropractic adjustments, TRT employs a unique instrument called the Integrator, which allows for controlled, specific adjustments with minimal force. This instrument is designed to deliver an exact amount of force to the spine, with the goal of restoring proper neurological function, releasing muscle tension, and promoting optimal movement patterns.
Diversified Adjustment Technique
The Diversified Adjustment is one of the most widely practiced and effective chiropractic techniques. It is a hands-on, manual method used to correct spinal misalignments, or subluxations, to restore proper function to the nervous system and improve overall health. By targeting specific areas of the spine, the Diversified technique helps reduce pain, enhance mobility, and promote the body’s natural healing processes.
During a Diversified Adjustment, the chiropractor uses precise, controlled force to make specific spinal adjustments. These adjustments are tailored to the individual’s needs and may involve quick, targeted thrusts to correct misalignments. The technique aims to improve joint function, increase flexibility, and alleviate discomfort associated with spinal dysfunction, including back and neck pain, headaches, and joint stiffness.

Non-Surgical Decompression Therapy
Non-Surgical Decompression Therapy is a safe and effective treatment designed to alleviate back and neck pain caused by herniated discs, degenerative disc disease, sciatica, and other spinal conditions. This advanced therapy uses state-of-the-art technology to gently stretch and decompress the spine, creating space between the vertebrae. This process helps relieve pressure on the spinal discs, nerves, and surrounding tissues, promoting healing and reducing pain without the need for invasive surgery.
During a Non-Surgical Decompression Therapy session, the patient lies comfortably on a specialized table that gently applies controlled traction to the spine. This controlled stretching helps to increase circulation to the affected area, promote the absorption of nutrients into the discs, and relieve nerve pressure. It also helps to rehydrate the discs, which can reduce inflammation, improve mobility, and encourage long-term healing.
